Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or on the next business day after payment.

All goods are stored and shipped from our partners' warehouses, which is why we always ship safely and quickly.

 

We conveniently ship orders within Lithuania via VENIPAK courier service directly to your home or office www.venipak.lt

International orders outside Lithuania are delivered via Omniva parcel service.

    

DELIVERY PERIOD IS CALCULATED:

  • From the moment of payment – when bank transfer is chosen as the payment method;
  • From the order confirmation – when cash on delivery, card payment, or PayPal system is chosen as the payment method.


DURATION: You will receive your order within 1-2 business days after dispatch. We will inform you about the dispatch with a separate email, and we will also send you the tracking number for your parcel :)

DELIVERY TIME: Shipments are delivered on business days between 8 AM and 5 PM, so we recommend providing an address where you will be during the day, e.g., your work address.

SHIPPING COST:

Free delivery from €55 applies to selected items.

IMPORTANT! An additional delivery fee may apply to some items, which is calculated at checkout, depending on the nature of the item and delivery conditions.

COLLECTING GOODS at a Parcel Locker:

You can collect your parcel from a parcel locker at any time of day. We apologize for any inconvenience :)

VENIPAK PARCEL LOCKER. Storage period for parcels is 7 days.
