Refund policy
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Defective goods are repaired, low-quality goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Refunds for returned goods are always transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
8.2. To return the product(s) under clause 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller through the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section, specifying the name of the product being returned, the order number, and the reasons for the return.
8.3. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
8.3.1. the returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
8.3.2. the product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. the product must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels must not be damaged, protective films not removed, etc.) (this clause does not apply when returning defective goods);
8.3.4. the returned product must be in the same set as received by the Buyer;
8.3.5. proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.
8.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure specified in clause 8.3.
8.5. When returning an incorrect or defective product, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with suitable equivalent goods.
8.6. If the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding delivery and payment collection fees, if applicable.
8.7. If the Buyer fails to collect the ordered goods from the parcel locker or courier within the designated period, the goods will be returned to the Seller’s warehouse according to the courier service’s requirements and schedule.
8.8. When goods are returned to the warehouse due to the Buyer’s failure to collect them, the refund will be issued to the Buyer only after the goods have been received back in the warehouse and their condition has been checked.
8.9. When refunding the Buyer for uncollected goods, the delivery fee specified in the order will be deducted, and an additional €3.60 will be charged for unpacking, inspection, and restocking of the goods.
8.10. In all other cases of returns, refunds will be processed in accordance with the conditions set out in this section.
