Shipping policy
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, or the next business day after payment.
All goods are stored and shipped from our partner warehouses, so we ship everything safely and quickly.
We conveniently ship orders in Lithuania via the VENIPAK courier service directly to your home or office at www.venipak.lt
We deliver international orders via Omniva parcel service.
DELIVERY TIME IS CALCULATED FROM:
The moment of payment - when prepayment by bank transfer is selected;
Order confirmation - when payment in cash or by card, or via the PayPal system is selected.
DURATION: You will receive your order within 1-2 business days after the goods are shipped. We will inform you about the shipment in a separate letter, and we will also send you the tracking number of the shipment :)
DELIVERY TIME: Shipments are delivered on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm, so we recommend that you specify the address where you will be during the day, e.g. your work address.
SHIPPING PRICE:
Free shipping from €55 applies to selected items.
IMPORTANT! Some items may have an additional delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout, depending on the nature of the item and delivery conditions.
PICK UP GOODS in the parcel locker:
You can pick up your shipment at the parcel locker at any time of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience :)
VENIPAK PARCEL LOCKER: Shipment storage time is 7 days.
