Pica 790 is a pH neutral, viscous graffiti remover designed to effectively remove spray paint and bitumen-based graffiti even at low temperatures. Its viscous consistency allows the product to stay on the surface longer, allowing for better penetration and dissolution of the paint.
Usage:
Suitable for most hard surfaces (except plastic, rubber and polycarbonate).
Instructions for use:

Apply the product with a brush or roller.

Leave on for 5-30 minutes.

Rinse well with water.
